Mr. Madero has over forty years of proven successful track record with Project & Construction Management and Consulting Engineering capabilities in multiple industries, and leading challenging domestic and international Fast Track Mission Critical Projects with very tight budgets, aggressive milestones, time constraints, and quality requirements.
